Log in to your DLT Portal

Log in to the DLT portal where your organisation has completed its Principal Entity (PE) registration.

Make sure you have access to your registered Principal Entity account.

Open PE-TM Chain / Chain Management

From the DLT portal dashboard, open the section related to Telemarketer or Chain Management.

Depending on the DLT operator, the option may be displayed as:

• PE-TM Chain
• Chain Management
• Manage Telemarketer
• Telemarketer Binding
• Chain Binding

Create a New PE-TM Chain

Select the option to create a new PE-TM Chain / Telemarketer binding.

The button may be displayed as:

• New Chain
• Create Chain
• Add Telemarketer
• Create PE-TM Binding

Select OnlineSMS.in as your Telemarketer

When the DLT portal asks you to select the Telemarketer, search for or select:

Carefully verify that the Telemarketer name and ID correspond to JoinIndia Technological Solutions Ltd. before proceeding.

Select / Confirm your Principal Entity

Confirm that the Principal Entity being linked is your registered business/entity.

Check the displayed Principal Entity information before submitting the chain.

Submit the PE-TM Chain Request

Review the Principal Entity and Telemarketer details carefully.

Submit the PE-TM Chain request.

The request may initially appear as Pending until the required processing is completed.

OnlineSMS.in Processing

Once the PE-TM Chain request reaches OnlineSMS.in, the request can be processed from the Telemarketer side, where applicable.

Please allow the required time for the chain request to be processed.

Verify the PE-TM Chain Status

Return to the PE-TM Chain section of your DLT portal and verify the current status of the chain.

Before sending SMS through OnlineSMS.in, ensure that the required PE-TM relationship is shown as approved / active on your DLT portal.
